The Limestone Coast
stretches along the Southern Ocean from the mouth of the Murray River where the inland waterways of the Coorong begin to beautiful Beachport, our most southern port, before turning inland to reach famous birding at Bool Lagoon beside rich farmland and tall timber. Birds to be encountered in this pristine, sparely populated area are Rufous Bristlebird, White-fronted Chats, Rock Parrots, Western Whipbird and a myriad of others.

Kangaroo Island Extension -
Little Penguins crowd the shore at dusk and during the day this wild island hosts seals and sea-lions, Glossy Black Cockatoos and a sub-species of the Purple-gaped Honeyeater. A promising extension to Coorong!
